The shoes arrived and I am satisfied with the product. Even though I accidentally ordered a size 40, they fit me well, so that worked out fine in the end. However, I was disappointed with the customer support. I contacted them shortly after placing my order to ask if the size could be changed, but I never received a response and the order was shipped without any reply. The shoes also arrived without a shoebox, which was unexpected. Overall, the shoes are good, but due to the lack of customer support and the packaging, I can only give 4 out of 5 stars.

Buy them knowing they are beautiful art pieces and wear them only for certain functions and occasions; always bring another pair of comfortable or play shoes and change into them when needed. I'm grateful for these beautiful art pieces and highly recommend them for your feet.

The pictures of the shoes don’t even do them justice. Way better looking than the pictures. They fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable. They even arrived a lot sooner than expected.
