Artist in My Free Time

Better than Expected! Very Pleased

I think the product that arrived was better than expected I work at a museum and coworkers and guests have stopped me about my Hokusai "The Great Wave" sneakers and the cute Rococo cherubs with the double laces. I got my partner The Creation of Adam Sneaks and Van Gogh's Starry Night tennis shoes. Big hits between the 4 total styles. Could very much see myself ordering something else from this website.

Order Mistake - Completely Fixed

I made an error with my order, contacted the company and they responded promptly to remedy the situation. A few days later my package arrived still with the wrong item. I contacted them with photos & made them aware of the situation. Very shortly after they sent me a link to my new package! It should be arriving in a few days. Wonderful customer service!

FIRST CLASS SERVICE

I received a product which was not to my liking. The company got back to me immediately and offered another product or a refund. I asked for a refund and immediately Jessica, who was handling my case, refunded my credit card. First class, after sales service. I would have no hesitation using this company again.

Cool and genuine brand

Cool and genuine brand. Shoes matched how they looked in the website exactly. And when there was a delay in receiving one item i was sent another one (an extra one) by mistake and when i wanted to return it they told me to keep it. High ethics. thumbs up!

The sneakers look very classy

The sneakers look very classy, fit comfortably and feel great! I love the extra touches - the way the Dunhuang design reflects the light, the clouds design on the rest of the material, and the astronaut design in the soles!
